Competitive Prices
We have been able to reduce the prices of a number of laboratory tests.
Faster Results
Many routine laboratory tests that previously typically took 1–2 business days are now available within 1 business day and, in many cases, on the same day as the blood draw.
Urgent Laboratory Testing Is Also Available in Certain Cases
If you need your results as quickly as possible, urgent processing is available for selected laboratory tests, such as beta-hCG, D-dimer, kidney function tests, complete blood count (CBC) and others.
Urgent Processing
Results may typically be available later the same day, at approximately 2:00–3:00 PM.
Extra-Urgent Processing
For certain tests, results may be available within as little as 2–3 hours after the blood draw.
Please note that we always confirm availability with our central laboratory in advance and let you know whether urgent processing is possible for the requested test and what turnaround time can be offered.
For tests that naturally require a longer processing time for technical reasons — such as certain microbiological culture tests — urgent results may unfortunately not always be available.
You Do Not Need to Choose a Laboratory Test Package
At our clinic, you are not limited to pre-designed laboratory test packages.
You can also select the laboratory tests you need individually, test by test.
This may be particularly useful if:
-
your doctor has recommended specific laboratory tests,
-
you are coming for a follow-up examination,
-
you only need a few laboratory parameters checked,
-
you would like a targeted diagnostic work-up.

Can I request only a few laboratory tests, or do I have to choose a package?
You do not have to choose a laboratory package. Tests can also be requested individually.
How long does it take to receive laboratory results?
Results for many routine laboratory tests are available within 1 business day. Some tests may require a longer processing time.
Is urgent laboratory testing available?
Yes. For certain tests, urgent or extra-urgent processing may be available subject to prior confirmation.
Can I book an appointment online?
Yes. Online appointment booking is available for laboratory tests and blood draws.
Do I need to fast before a blood test?
Many laboratory tests do not require fasting. For example, thyroid hormones such as TSH and free T4, complete blood count, CRP, vitamin D, hormone tests, and most tumor markers can generally be tested without fasting.
Fasting is required, however, for lipid profile testing, blood glucose and insulin measurements, oral glucose tolerance testing (OGTT), bilirubin, albumin, and protein electrophoresis.
If you are unsure whether fasting is required for your tests, please contact us in advance.
Which tests require fasting?
Fasting is required for:
-
Albumin
-
Apolipoprotein A1, A2 and B
-
Total and direct bilirubin
-
Bile acids
-
Protein electrophoresis (ELFO)
-
Gastrin (+ 12 hours of fasting and medication withdrawal as instructed)
-
HDL cholesterol
-
Immunofixation (paraprotein screening)
-
Total cholesterol
-
LDL cholesterol
-
Triglycerides
-
Fasting insulin
-
Cortisol (+ blood draw between 7:00 and 9:00 AM)
-
Fasting blood glucose
-
Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) – 2-, 3- and 5-point testing
Fasting is recommended, but not mandatory, for:
-
ACTH
-
AlzOn+ test
What does fasting mean before a blood test?
Fasting means that:
-
you should not eat anything for at least 8–10 hours before the blood draw,
-
only water is permitted – no coffee, tea, soft drinks, or chewing gum,
-
alcohol and high-fat foods should also be avoided from the previous day.
Many people assume that morning coffee is acceptable before a blood test. However, coffee can also affect certain laboratory results.
If you are unsure, please contact us in advance.
How much can I drink before a blood test?
Drinking plenty of fluids before a blood draw is actually recommended – but water only.
Good hydration makes the veins easier to locate, which can make blood collection quicker and more comfortable.
We recommend drinking at least two glasses of water between waking up and your blood draw. This is particularly important if you are fasting. Water does not affect laboratory results, so you can drink it safely before your test.
Coffee, tea, soft drinks, fruit juice, and milk-based drinks should be avoided, as even small amounts may affect certain results, including blood glucose and lipid levels.
In short: water is fine; other drinks should be avoided. Good hydration can also make the blood draw easier.
